These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kott Studio website and any services offered through it. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This website is an informational portfolio for Kott Studio, a creative design studio serving clients in the United States, Europe and elsewhere. Content describing our work, services and writing is provided for general information and does not constitute an offer or guarantee of results.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

• Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, harvest or reproduce content at scale except as permitted by our robots and llms files.

Unless otherwise noted, the design, text, layout and original graphics on this site are owned by Kott Studio or used with permission and are protected by intellectual property laws. Project imagery and client work are shown for portfolio purposes; associated brand names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

You may view and share links to this site, but you may not copy, republish or create derivative works from its content without our prior written permission.

Any design engagement is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal between you and Kott Studio, which sets out scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and ownership of work product. In the event of a conflict, that agreement prevails over these Terms with respect to the engagement.

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to provide services or a quote. Project terms are confirmed only in a signed proposal or agreement.

The site may link to third-party websites and platforms (such as Behance and Instagram). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties, and links do not imply endorsement.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
