Kott Studio ("Kott Studio", "we", "us" or "our") is a creative design studio providing branding, web design, UI/UX and visual communications services to clients in the United States, Europe and elsewhere. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website and in the course of our work.

We aim to collect as little personal data as possible. Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:

• Project information you share with us while scoping or delivering work.
• Technical data — such as IP address, browser type, device and approximate region — collected by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We work with clients and providers in the United States and Europe, so personal data may be transferred and processed outside your country of residence. This site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
