• More than 8 years of design experience in total.
• More than 3 years of successfully working as a freelancer.
• Worked with the largest companies in Russia as a lead designer and creative art director in my previous life.
• Used to be a graphic design teacher and mentor (loved it!).
• Have experience taking part in a few podcasts about design and education.
• Have a small team of designers in different fields (and in different countries).
• Skilled in various areas including typography, brand identity, presentations, social media, websites, UI, and management.
• Professional graduate from the British Higher School of Art and Design.
• Owner of kott.studio agency.
• Organizer of Design Coffee&Talk meetups in LA.
• Vice president of a charity foundation based in Bulgaria, Europe.
